Open for breakfast most weekends from 7.30am

and on some week days by request

Bookings required for breakfasts, no minimum number of people

Weekend breakfasts or morning teas are available, with a set menu and long table on the verandah overlooking the garden, or in the kitchen by the fire in winter. This option does not include exclusive use of the venue, if it is a busy time then there is the possibility you’ll be sharing the space. Please phone, text or email, preferably at least a day ahead to book. We are open most weekends but please check and book. 

Bookings may not be available on days when cookery classes or functions are being held.

Casual dining can include:

  • Breakfasts with juice, espresso coffee and our fresh sourdough, from $12 per person ( help yourself and make your own toast if liked) - with seasonal extras (muesli, porridge, eggs, bacon, etc) - $25 per person

  • Croissants and hot cross buns available at times, made in house, with espresso coffee $20pp

  • Morning teas (tea or coffee with cake, scones or biscuits) - from $20pp

Private Functions

Bookings required - minimum 8 people

Private functions with exclusive use of the venue can be catered for at Carroll Gap Farmhouse for small groups. We can seat up to 20 on the verandah in warmer weather, smaller groups inside and larger groups outside in the garden. Private functions are a set menu, which changes according to seasonal produce availability. You are welcome to contact us to negotiate menus, times and dates for your function at the Farmhouse.

Options include:

  • Light lunch with a simple seasonal menu, such as a ploughman’s lunch platter in summer or soups with bread in winter, includes tea or coffee - from $35 pp, or $45 with dessert or cake.

  • Long Lunches of 3 courses - $75 per person (also available as a cooking experience for $120)

  • Formal Dinners of 2 or more courses, from $50 to $100 pp

BYO drinks. Payment options include cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer.
